The Strategy Researching Of Protection And Regeneration Of Sanyijie Historic District In Jingzhou Ancient City

The SanYiJie historic district is one of the better preserved historic district in the ancient city of JingZhou.The SanyiJie historic district has gradually fallen into a decline. With the fast developing of JingZhou city, renovation and development of this area becomes a matter of great urgency.Taking the SanYjiJie historic district as the research object, this paper first introduces the process and practice of historic districts in our country and other countries and analyzes current research in the country.Based on that, I do some researching of the current situation of the SanYiJie historic district ,including the development process history of this district , environment of the district, the style and features of architectures in the distric.For the facility of the reseach,the factor which influence the protection and regeneration of the SanYiJie historic district is analyzed in the paper. The principles and method of makeover of this historic district is analyzed in the paper also.Onthe basic of this, the dynamic strategy of the makeover of this historic district is summarized in the paper. In the final part of this paper, some measures and assumption of the protection and regeneration of the SanYiJie historic district is offered.The main part of this thesis includes five chapters:The first chapter"Exordium''begins with topics of the background and point out the purpose and significance of the topics. The object of researching is verified in the first chapter, the methods and the frame of the researching is put forward in the first chapter.The second chapter"The overview of the relevant theory and practices in domestic and overseas''. In this chapter, the theory of the protection and regeneration of the historic district in domestic and overseas is introduced .Some practices are described and criticized in this chapter also.The third chapter"The history and process of the SanYiJie historic district and the investigation for the current situation''. At first the background of the JingZhou city where the SanYiJie district lies in is described in this chapter. Secondly, the history and the process of the district is depicted. Thirdly, the significant buildings around the district are produced. In the end, the result of the investigation for the current situation is present. The fourth chapter"The strategy of the protection and regeneration of the SanYiJie historic district''. The factors which affect the protection and regeneration of the SanYiJie historic district is analyzed in the chapter at first. After that the principle of the protection and regeneration of the district is proposed. Finally, the general strategy of the protection and regeneration is raised in the end of the chapter.The fifth chapter"The architectural strategy of the protection and regeneration of the JingZhou SanYiJie historic district''. The dynamic strategy of the protection and regeneration of the SanYiJie historic district is summarized in the chapter. The concrete architectural measure for the district is related and analyzed in the chapter.
