Supercharged vehicle engine can effectively increase the efficiency and power of the machine. At present, the waste-gas turbo supercharged engine is widely used in all kinds of vehicle and have improved the engine moment of torsion greatly, especially in big rows amount engine .Scroll machine which possess characteristics of high efficiency, small bulk, light weight, low noise, simple structure and working smoothly etc, is wildly used in supercharged vehicle engine. And the scroll supercharger has very big advantage on minor row amount engine.Have analyzed the general situation of the scroll supercharge, contrasted with the G type scroll supercharger's using at present as well as the waste-gas turbo supercharger, somebody suggesting the machinery design which drives the single side scroll supercharger .The machinery drive single side scroll supercharger organization is simple and the handicraft is easy to come true, but leave much to be desired in the field of air displacement and volume. Therefore this paper has designed a twin-spiral scroll supercharger. For the twin-spiral scroll supercharger's unique structure, it has a smaller size than single spiral scroll supercharger in the same volume of discharging gas. When working in high-speed, the relative sliding velocity between two scrolls is comparatively low than the single side scroll supercharger .thereby reducing the friction power, improving the machine efficiency. For dynamic scroll's two-spiral characteristic, it can focus its geometric centre, thereby improving its balance increased stability of the supercharger.Taking into account to get the best affect of the supercharger, the paper primarily researched on the matching of the engine with the scroll supercharger .The analysis focused on the twin-spiral scroll supercharger's working process. Constructed a model of the thermodynamic cavity for the supercharger, and has described the scroll supercharger's thermodynamic process. Has studied the heat transfer model of the compression cavity between the compression cavity and the backpressure cavity. By contrasting the single spiral scroll supercharger, studied and accounted the gas force which role in the twin-spiral scroll supercharger's dynamic scroll.Leakage is a key factor to affect supercharger's performance. This paper analyzed the mathematics model of the leakage, the seal element of the scroll tooth is very important to the scroll supercharger. Introduced some of the sealed material, provided some basis theories to increase its seal performance in the future. Analyzed some coating methods and anti-wear plate settings to reduce friction loss which can improve the wear resistance of the scrolls.At last, this paper researched three main factors which could influence the performance of the supercharger, and that can provide references to improve the supercharger's performance in the future.
