New Waterproof Manner Of Exterior Surrounding Structure Of The Building

In China, most of the buildings exist serious leakage phenomenon affecting people's life and the progression of economy. Though the Ministry of construction has made great efforts to deal with this problem, building leakage is still disease in construction and cann't be effectively solved because this problem relates to so many fields such as waterproof materials, waterproof design, construction and building management.This degree's dissertation focuseed on the exterior surrounding structure of the building. Through analysis the previous waterproof compositions, the author marked the shortcoming and develop corresponding innovative approachs.Based on the principle of "humanism" and "sustainable development", summarized ancient waterproof technic experience in China and present waterproof design idea, a new waterproof design concept of "combine with resistant and drainage, depend on drainage; protecting by vegetation and comprehensive utilizing" is developed.The author suggested the gathering-soil plastic layered plate possesses gather soil function for the slope roof planting. In summer torridity and evaporation generous area, the gathering-water plastic layered plate could gather rain-water on slope roof. These functions can guarantee the waterproof effect and have advantages such as thermal preservation, heat insulation, sound insulation, easy composition and facilitating construction. Meanwhile, a new drainage manner of roof cullis side-rode drainage system is developed which can settle the drainage jam effectly caused by water accumulation of cullis. The eaves gritter drainage pattern of slope tile roof prescibed in"Code of roof engineering" (GB50345-2004) is studied and some improvements are present.In the other hand, the waterproof manner of traditional overhanging window is studied. Based on waterproof and diversion theory, two kind of window shutter which gathered the functions of waterproof and sunshade was developed in this paper. These two window shutter not only have the waterproof and sunshade functions, but also have sunlight room function.
