With the rapid development of China's economic and social,the traffic construction has also been great progress,the per capita car ownership is becoming more and more big,the road traffic already overburdened,urban traffic congestion problem more and more serious.The underground tunnel solution has the advantages of small occupancy space,no impact on urban landscape and no separation of urban space,which is more and more common in urban road reconstruction design.Therefore,this paper studies the waterproof design and construction mechanics of the tunnel under the ancient city road as the research background.Based on the tunnel of the existing research results,on the basis of summarizing the tunnel waterproof weak link: tunnel construction joints,tunnel deformation cracks,tunnel waterproof joints,diseases during tunnel construction process,concrete structure analysis of tunnel waterproof theory: waterproof system of rock(soil),waterproof material system,structure waterproof system,research on tunnel waterproof flexible and rigid waterproofing technology.Combining GuCheng Road tunnel,the waterproof concrete mixture ratio,analysis of bailey,polymer waterproofing materials,coating performance cement-based permeable crystallization type,combining with all kinds of waterproof material to analyze its economy,practicability,than choose the reasonable combination of waterproof material.Based on GuCheng Road tunnel,the waterproof system of the tunnel is designed comprehensively,the design scheme of the waterproof system of the tunnel is formulated,and the waterproof construction of GuCheng Road tunnel is guided.Eventually determine the proportion of concrete of the tunnel for the cement,fine aggregate,coarse aggregate,slag: water: admixture =305:767:1017:76:168:6.11,waterproof material chooses Hebei Huahong product engineering materials co.,LTDIn GuCheng Road tunnel mechanics analysis,study during tunnel construction,the surrounding soil and tunnel structure displacement deformation and stress distribution,combined with the tunnel structure stress concentration areas,weak parts of the security analysis of structure,calculation of dark bury in central section of the roof,dark buried section at the bottom of the side walls,dark cover bottom central part,open section at the bottom of the side walls,open areas such as the central section of floor structure safety factor,to provide theoretical basis and reference for the security and stability of tunnel construction.Finally concluded five weak parts of the safety coefficient is greater than the standard requirements,but suggested that in the design of tunnel uplift pile in tunnel floor area,enhance rebar configuration for weak positions,to reduce the soil around the tunnel arch effect.
