A Study On Method Of System Construction And Operation Management For Intelligentiting Building

Building Intelligent, as a combination of modern architecture, modern communication technology, computer technology and control technology, is featured with a strong epitome of modern society. Intelligent buildings have been developing rapidly in China and shown enormous market potentials as well as social and economic benefits. They have played quite a positive role in upgrading the traditional building industry, improving people's living standards and creating a more secure, comfortable, convenient and efficient working and living environment.This book aims to illustrate in a detailed and systematic way the development and status quo of intelligent buildings in China as well as relevant difficulties and focuses in their design, construction, management and development. It also raises some proposals for the design, construction and management mechanisms of China's intelligent buildings in the future based on global development trend and China's current situation. This paper analyses intelligent building's key work on design, construction & usage management in the future from four perspectives: (1)Perfect market mechanism of intelligent building development and management; (2) Perfect interrelated statute and criterion, standardlize site construction management; (3)Improve diathesis of enterprises which participate in intelligent building's development and management; (4) Improve technique level of integrative management on intelligent buildings. By study and case demonstration, it is desirable that reference ideas are brought out for intelligent buildings theory and application in the nation.
