With the development of science and technology according to the times,BIM(Building Information Model)technology has a broad application prospect in the field of architecture.At present,the application of BIM technology in the construction industry in our country is still in its infancy,systematic application has not formed;At the same time,the beautiful and novel building configuration brought the particularity and complexity of structural system,and lead to increasing construction difficulty,so it needs BIM technology to improve the construction quality.Based on this,the application of BIM technology in structure's intellectualized construction has researched and realized from the standpoint of parameterized design,whole process construction control and intelligent management platform in this paper.The development and application of BIM technology were expounded,the feasibility of BIM technology's application in structure's intellectualized were given;Six big target such as performance analysis,parametric design,fine management and so on were made;The technological route of how to use BIM technology in design,deepen design,construction and simulation were presented.Taking curtain wall structure as the research object,the parametric design ideas based on BIM technology was proposed,the appropriative BIM family pool for curtain wall was developed,the parametric BIM model was docked with the structure analysis software,mechanical analysis and safety assessment was made.After that,the data was associated with BIM model,the parametric design has been finished,.Taking the practical engineering of a public mega structure in Beijing and large stadiums as the research object,the application of BIM technology in the whole process construction control of structure was researched.The BIM technology was used in construction program planning,dynamic simulation,simulation analysis and safety control.The 4D construction was realized based on construction management system and the deepen design.The application results can provide effective management tools for complex public mega structure's intelligent construction.Based on the structural feature of prefabricated housing project in our country and the demand of information,the prefabricated residential engineering intelligent management platform was researched and developed by the application of BIM technology.The maincontents include processing drawings design module,PC component production module,site construction module,project progress monitoring and operation maintenance information management platform's construction and introduction.Because of the intelligent management platform's construction,design efficiency was raised,total construction time was shorten,and maintenance costs at operation stage was lower.In this paper,the research and application of the BIM technology was made.Taking the curtain wall,practical engineering of a public mega structure in Beijing,large stadiums,prefabricated housing and other typical project as the object,from the standpoint of typical component design,construction process model and the whole process management platform angle,realize the application of BIM technology in structure's intellectualized construction.The BIM application provides reference value to other types of building structures.Generally speaking,this paper made a systematic analysis and research on BIM.The practical application shows that,by bringing the BIM technology,the construction management efficiency was improved,also it provide strong and effective references for structure's intellectualized construction.
