Design And PLC Countrol On The New Type Of Hydraulic Pile Hammer

Hydraulic pile hammer was a kind of the protection equipment, which was widely used in architecture and dock to make base. Compared with normal hammers, it has a lot of advantages, such as lower noise, no exhaust gas, less vibration, high piling energy and better dynamics characteristics. Therefore, its use become widely and widely.Aiming at the peculiarity and trend of hydraulic hammer, on the basis of experimental equipment, hydraulic system have been improved. Thus dynamical model whose hydraulic system was applicable to hydraulic hammer of middle and small type was presented. The structural design of machine, electric and hydraulic. The major content and conclusion of this paper are generalized as follows:1.On the basis of the experimental equipment and experimental result, the hydraulic systems of the hammer have been improved.2.According to different design criteria, the structure parameters such as cylinders, accumulators type, hydraulic valves and other hydraulic components are designed together. In addition, this paper sets up the methods of the integrate hydraulic system.3.The dynamical and kinematic specialty of hydraulic hammer is analyzed during piling. At the same time, the mathematical model is presented of each process. Based on mathematical model of each stage, simulation and analysis is made. The changing rule of displacement, velocity, acceleration can come to a decision from simulation plot during falling process of pile hammer. Research on simulation will be instructive in improving and optimizing design of its parameter.4.This paper summarizes the theories of propagation of plastic waves along hammer, cushion, pile and foundation. It analyzes the impact stress waves that propagate along piles according to the conditions of foundation, cushion, to reach aim to select material of cushion and pile cup reasonablyand to mate hammer ,cushion and lie suitably.5.On the basis of analyzing the demands and consists of electronic control system of hydraulic hammers , this paper summarizes the methods to realize the control functions with PLC.
