With advantages of high energy efficiency, controllability in piling process, amphibious usability over traditional pile foundation construction equipments, hydraulic pile hammer has become the key development direction in the future by degrees. Hydraulic impact and vibration exist in hydraulic pile hammer impact main circuit system for its inherent characteristics, and oscillations exist in the process of pile driving of impact cylinder piston, leading to energy loss and noise pollution. Inheriting science and technology project of Hunan province, to improve movement characteristic of impact cylinder and dynamic stability of pile hammer, research on dynamic performance of hydraulic pile hammer impact main circuit system.1. Based on work characteristics of hydraulic pile hammer choose systematic solutions of impact main circuit system, make selection type design of key component, analyze impact and vibration problem in system.2. Make comparative analysis of dynamic characteristics of lumped parameter model and distributed parameter model, establish dissipation model of the oil pipeline in ZCYB7/130hydraulic pile hammer main circuit system, research on impact performance of the oil pipeline during pile driving.3. Construct simulation model of impact cylinder, cartridge valve and main control valve, obtain integrated simulation model of impact main circuit system. Simulate and research effect of pipe effect, volume parameters of accumulator and on-off characteristic of cartridge valve on hydraulic pile hammer impact main circuit system, and dynamic property of constant power pump under different control pressure. Obtain optimized parameter value of accumulator and cartridge valve Opening and closing speed improving striking dynamic property.4. According to comprehensive simulation research result of impact main circuit system, conduct experimental research on hydraulic pile hammer impact main circuit system, verify correctness of simulation result and analysis, test the availability of optimized parameter value.
