| Usually, performance of water chiller were concerned by it's owners only under full load when they chose the machine. In fact, the performance under partial load makes obvious effect to energy consumption of the machine in using.The performance data of a operating water chiller in Xi'an city were investigated. Load variety was got after analyzed these data. The following conclusions came out after compared it to the data in ARI standard. The time weighting factor of the IPLV computational formula is not in accordance with it in Xi'an. In order to acknowledge the difference of the data calculated by the program of one water chiller manufacturer of USA with practical data, the data of operating water chiller in Xi'an city were spot tested. It was found the results of the program is available in Xi'an. The performance under partial load and rate of price to performance, the relationship of the water chiller choice to life cycle cost was analyzed using theory of time cost of capital, the effect of changing temperature of chilled water and cooled water to performance of water chiller were analyzed by the program. The advisees were given to optimizing operation of chilled water. |
