A Research On Quality Control & Quality Assurance System Of The Construction Projects Of Primary Schools & Middle Schools

Among all factors in construction, quality is considered to be of prime importance. Construction project quality has direct relations with people's lives and their properties and it appears more important to the constructions of primary schools and middle schools. From the perspective of quality management and quality control, the dissertation analyzes some serious problems of quality control and quality assurance in the construction projects of primary schools and middle schools and further points out the urgency and the importance of improving construction quality in the present situation based on the research of quality control theories of construction project.To begin with, the author raises the argument of "Control Chart Method is the most practical method in the project construction process of primary schools and middle schools by analyzing the quality control method of construction projects of primary schools and middle schools and comparing seven methods frequently used in construction process to assure quality control.In the second part, the author introduces a case study, concrete quality control of Scientific Experiment Building of Xi'an No.1 Middle School as an illustration of the argument, giving the practical effects of the application of this method.In the end, to find some tentative solutions of the problems existing in construction project quality management and quality assurance of primary schools and middle schools, the author presents "A Construction Project Processes and Methods Management System of Primary Schools & Middle Schools" which includes feasibility research, decision-making, designing quality control, bidding control and construction quality control.The analyses of the dissertation show that with the establishment and improvements of the system, it can be directly put into the practice of construction project management of primary schools and middle schools to enhance the construction project quality in full-scale and furthermore to realize the practical value of the system.
