Study And Apply On Method Of Controlling The Cost Of Engineering During The Execution Construction Project

Taking the basic theory of the determination and controlling of the construction cost as guide, this text probes into the reform and practice of management of the project cost at the construction stage. Directly against the common phenomenon that investment of construction project is out of control and the current situation that technology is separate from economy in domestic construction field, the meaning in which a subject studies is explained. Based on the theory of project cost management, the history and present situation of domestic and international research of project cost management is explained. In accordance with the common phenomenon that investment of construction project is out of control, problems existing in the determination and controlling of the construction cost has been pointed out. Points that should be studied and analysed is as below.The text explains the management mode and theory of domestic and international construction project cost on the base of the theory of construct project investment controlling. On the basis of summarizing the effective way and practical experience of domestic and international project cost management, analysing the target of management, the relevant factors and the reason why the bidding and the cost is out of control, the text proposes the measurement of reasonable determination and effective controlling of project cost. At the end of the text, the reform of how domestic project cost controlling should go is presnted.
