The Study On Cost Control And Practice In Execution Phase Of Constrction Project

Guided by the basic theory of fixing and controlling the cost of construction project, this article deals with the approach and application of managing and controlling the construction cost when the construction is going on. In view of the commonly existing situation, in which the investment is out of control in construction cost in China and technology is separated from economy in the construction circle at home, this article elaborates the significance in studying this subject. Based on the theory of the management of construction cost, this article also expounds the history and the status quo of studying the management of construction cost at home and abroad. Considering the phenomenon that the construction cost is seriously out of control in China's construction project under construction, this article points out the existing problems in fixing and controlling the construction cost when the construction project is going on. From the component of investment in the construction project, it tries to find out the main reason that the investment is out of control in the domestic construction project under construction and studies the way of controlling the construction cost. Through analyzing and studying the status quo and the existing problems in managing the present construction cost at home and finding out the way of fixing and controlling the construction cost in spite of the existing problems when the construction project is going on, it gives summery and analysis with actual examples in real construction. Finally, in view of the problems in managing the construction cost, it points out the orientation of reforming the management of construction cost in China.
