Study On Method Of Controlling The Cost Of Engineering Construction Project And Its Application

China now is one of the most construction project and the biggest construction investment of the project country in the world , but our cost controls the research of the method and uses relatively lags behind. With the development of the situation of reform and opening-up of our country and gradual setting-up of socialist market economy, the drawback in the management system of engineering construction (especially the management respect of the cost) reveals out apparently gradually, influencing the enterprise's in charge of construction own development and full play of the investment benefit .The present construction enterprise of our country has some problems in cost management of the project .The high problem of the management level, cause the costs great ,the bad situation with low benefit .This text carries on analysis and discussion and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to the questions that exist in the cost management of the project.In view of the not high whole level of cost control of our construction enterprise, lacks the feasibility strong cost control method. The construction enterprise cost has one -sidedness to control the idea, worker's cost consciousness of enterprise is not strong, construct enterprise cost is remain current situation during the course of constructing, etc. The thesis submits the focal point of every stages of cost controlling and the method and theory of cost control.The research of the thesis adopt quantitative analysis and determine the nature combining together ,thinking relying mainly on quantities analysis, have put forward method and theory that cost controls of each stages, value project law ,grey systematic theory ,marginal analysis theory, economics of management ,decision theory ,basic principle and method of project mathematics, set up the simpler practical model of using ,confine the actual project instance, have put forward thinking and method of the cost controls with every stage. In bidding stage, according to the had data of the similar project, using gray system to forecast project folk remedy construction cost, combine the actual project to determine the competitive prices. It canbe done quickly and being selected rate is high. Uses the value engineering law and the boundary analytic method optimization construction plan separately in the construction preparatory stage, designated the way that can conforms enterprise 's own characteristic which will be able to reduce the cost. In the construction stage, discussion the relationships between the project quality, the time limit for a project;the cost, proposed under the premise of guarantee the quality ,determined reduces the cost of reasonable time limit for a project (dynamic programming method application) , and has carried on the discussion to the above each kind of cost control method on suitable condition. Moreover utilized these methods to an actual project have obtained the certain effect.
