Open up ocean is more and more important; the data of mechanical and physical characteristics at the bottom of the sea is playing an important role today. Because of the mean of measurement is being improved. It is possible to use a submersible body to measure the bottom of the sea near coast.We need to avoid causing the submersible body collides on the bottom of the sea at a high speed. We want to know how to slow down the speed when the submersible body reaches the bottom of the sea. It is a cooperative target with an enterprise. We need to research resistance acting on the submersible body when it moves to the bottom.In this thesis, firstly, the background and meaning why to do the research work are discussed .1 consult the resistance test of ship model in the calm and tranquil water, we have defined the way of test, that is submersible body is pulled by a step motor in a artificial pool and then I define that change velocity to test resistance. I have selected sampling frequency. Base on the mean in the chapter 2, parts of sensor have been designed. Supporting form of spring part is defined. Step motor lifting mechanism has been made. Controlling parts of test system are designed, and then compile programs, and then the rest instrument will be used in the test are prepared. Now start the work to test resistance longitudinal force.Thousands of data have been taken for analysis of regression. Not only is regression equation achieved, But also it is corroborated right, that is practicable test plan is established. It can be used for test resistance perpendicular force.
