The Study On The Life Cycle Cost Of HVAC System

By the improvement of the life standard and the highly development of society economy , the air-conditioning bring the fine living room environment. Based on the tactic ideas of sustainable development and abroad absorbing related study fruit, it were studied that the cost controlment of invest, design, setting, using, maintenance and rebuild of HVAC system. The main content in the article is the control of the life time cycle cost of HVAC system. From the point of cost-management of HVAC system, the idea of the control of the life time cycle cost of HVAC system was put forward. From the point of the life time cycle of building, the cost effect factors of life time cycle of HVAC system in the several phases were analysed. Especially from the aspects of design program, design factors, building energy cost , the establishment of save energy and self controlment etc., the cost effect factors of life time cycle of HVAC systemin in the design phase was analysed fully and featurely. Using system idea to analyse and study the cost-benefit and cost-effect of construcion program life time cycle, The analysis way of life time cycle cost is an efficiency analysis way of program invest decision based on theory of technique-economics and value-project. Using the way, the life time cycle cost of HVAC system was analysed. To the cost management and cost controlment, combining instances, the cost controlment and the management mode were analysed, the manage controlment mode, controlment measure and suggestion correlated in severl phases were established, and the essentiality of investor changing ideas and regarding invest anaphase were emphasized; by discussing the crisis of energy souces, the globle environment and the sustainable development related to the HVAC system, it were discussed that the relationship of the energy cost, the environment cost and the society cost about the HVAC system in those points. The limitation of controlment and evaluation system of the life time cycle cost of HVAC system in such pionts were recommended. To the evaluation of sustainable development of the HVAC system, environment protecting, energy using, green building and etc. relative problems, the new conclusion was brought out. The main purpose were wanting strenthen the cognition about the life time cycle cost of HVAC system, especially the evening cost, the environment cost and the society cost, and discussing fall the life time cycle cost of HVAC system completely, improve the way of economical and sustainable of HVAC system in building.
