In this thesis, the author analyzed nowadays parking condition in city heartland, then brought forward the public parking supply strategy and layout planning means which combined with the city heartland's parking develop trend, gave a systemic and comprehensive investigation, analysis and research towards city heartland's mobile car parking development.Above all, the thesis analyzed city heartland's develop kind, then made a in-depth investigation and analysis towards the parking problem which involves the contents of parking supply, parking management and parking run, and drew the conclusion of parking lots supply scantly, layout and distributing unreasonably, in-road parking optionally and public building accidental parking scantly, etc. Secondly, the thesis studied the attribute of public parking facility and its action in city traffic facility, then discussed the parking demand forecast means in city heartland, and brought forward the public parking supply strategy which involves building accidental parking facility, in-road public parking facility and out-road public parking facility based on parking develop trend, the thesis also discussed some parking policy, building finance and management system ensure measures. Finally, the thesis studied city heartland's development and evolvement form, then analyzed city heartland's public parking supply scope by its dynamic traffic condition and public parking facility's building style. On this condition, the thesis brought forward the public parking facility layout planning principia and the corresponding public parking facility layout planning means of all kinds of city heartland such as band type, block type, solid type and mixed type city heartland.
