Research On Public Parking Planning In Shijiazhuang City Based On Informatization Condition

With the rapid growth of the number of motor vehicles in the city,the urban traffic is under great pressure,the people's life is also seriously affected,and the parking management is also facing the challenge."Parking difficulty" has become one of the main traffic problems in China's cities.At present,most of the cities in China mainly exist the problem of parking management means partial to traditional and low management efficiency,which is manifested in the phenomenon of low parking resources information openness,basic parking facilities not advanced,and single parking fee form.The rapid development of information technology has provided good technical support for realizing parking management informatization.In order to solve the traffic problems,Shijiazhuang should make full use of the existing technology,establish the parking information management platform,use the information parking technology to change the traditional parking management,and promote the rapid development of information parking construction.Therefore,based on the public parking planning work in Shijiazhuang,the paper analyzes the problem of vehicle parking information management,and then studies the parking planning problem under the information condition.This paper first analyzes the data of vehicle parking survey in Shijiazhuang in 2016,and summarizes the existing problems in parking management.Then the idea of information parking management is introduced,and the parking information management system and the information parking technology are studied,and an information parking management platform is designed.Then,according to the actual demand of Shijiazhuang,this paper summarizes the existing model of parking demand forecasting,analyzes and compares the model,selects the model suitable for the prediction of parking demand in Shijiazhuang,reconstructs the model and calibrates the parameters on the basis of it,determines the method of forecasting the demand of the public parking lot in Shijiazhuang,and predicts the Shijiazhuang.The parking demand of the Wanda business circle.Finally,by applying the location allocation function of ArcGIS software,taking the location affecting factors as the analysis object,the public parking lot site selection scheme is designed on the basis of the public parking lot site selection criteria.Taking Shijiazhuang Wanda Commercial Circle as the research object,using the public parking location method based on ArcGIS,the layout plan of public parking lots is completed.
