Study On The Recent Construction Planning Of Public Parking Lots In Dalian

The rapid development of urban traffic makes the motorization level of urban traffic continuously improve,and the increase of road traffic volume leads to frequent problems of urban traffic.The ensuing problems such as traffic congestion,serious shortage of parking facilities,and illegal parking of motor vehicles aggravate the contradiction between urban traffic and people's life.Parking public facilities,as an indispensable part of urban traffic,are currently receiving attention from researchers.China's concern about urban parking problems started late,and it began to pay attention to the planning and construction of parking facilities in the late 1990 s.With the rapid development of economy in our country,the parking problem has become an important problem of urban traffic that can not be ignored.Many problems are exacerbating the contradiction between parking problems and urban development in China,such as the insufficient number of parking facilities,extreme imbalance between parking supply and demand,unreasonable management and setting,low efficiency and turnover,illegal roadside parking and so on.In order to solve the problem of urban parking,this paper has carried out in-depth research on the recent construction planning of public parking facilities in Dalian.Firstly,this paper analyzes the classification and characteristics of urban public parking lot.The urban public parking lot provides parking services for urban travelers during the travel process.It has a wide range of services and many influencing factors.It can meet the parking demand of different areas of the city and can solve the urban parking problems fundamentally.Secondly,it summarizes the construction,use and management of the parking lot in Dalian,analyzes the main problems,forecasts the parking demand scale in Dalian,and formulates the public parking supply plan.Finally,based on the characteristics of urban traffic and the current situation of parking in Dalian,the paper will provide a differentiated supply strategy,scale layout and development model for Dalian's recent public parking lot construction,and strive to improve the parking problem in Dalian,then provide research basis for the construction of public parking lots in the near future.
