High –accuracy motorcar test monitoring system based onC/A code DGPS and low-cost voice transmitter-receiverThe motorcar reliability test, as one of the important motorcar road tests is all along available to reduce the frequency of motorcar product exploitation and enhance motorcar quality. However, with the development of motorcar industry, the implementation of motorcar reliability test has not been improved for a long time, which is performed by on-site manual inspection and manual preparation of the inspection report .the data of operating conditions in the process of the test are collected at a low efficiency, which seriously affects the reliability of the results.With regard to this problem and in line with the scientific research of Motorcar Proving Ground of the General Equipment Department, the paper successfully presents the newly developed high-accuracy motorcar test monitoring system based on C/A code and low-cost voice transmitter-receiver, which is of important theoretical meaning and practical value in terms of reliability proving technology. The main performance and technological improvement include the following aspects:⑴ The satellite positioning technology is applied in the motorcar reliability test , which realizes the remote ,group and real-time automatic monitoring record and analysis of data of operating conditions in the reliability test. This presents a creation in the motorcar reliability test technology.⑵ Based on C/A code DGPS and common voice transmitter-receiver , the low-cost equipment is applied to realize the high-accuracy motorcar test real-time dynamic monitoring system .⑶ Thanks to the difference GPS and map matching technology , the remote statistics of the monitored vehicle operating condition is made and the relative error of range statistics is less than 0.5%. The capability is moderate and reliable.⑷ The reliability test monitoring system is available for the reliability test in the complicated road , which more reaches the real operating conditions. ⑸ The signal simulation technology is developed to realize the long-time and big-volume approval and modification enhancing the stability and reliability of the system.
