| Aiming at such problems in combustion system of homemade middleand miniature boiler, as a complex system with the character of dead zone,time variation, serious non-linearity, large time delay, coupling anda lot of disturbance, this paper presents a new set of optimal controlresources .By using well-matched control method on system, stableautomatic running is realized. Having the serious divulgence coalsdifference a lot from each other in character, instability of chemistry,value of lowest emission of heat, home-made boiler controller is not atall ideal. Instead of traditional model that controls the ratio basedon proportional control or with the correct signal of the amount of oxygen,this paper, combined with intellect control theory--fuzzy control andself-optimizing concept, propounded a kind of fuzzy self-optimizingcontroller to be used in air supplying system of the boiler, andexpatiates on the idea of dividing the control process into two parts,dynamic and static to realize, thus meets the demand of homemade boilereconomic running. Based on the propounded control algorithm, combined with thedevelopmental way of thematic project automation, this paper designsa system structure of distributed control system with unique merit, whichfit for the automatic and intellectual requests of automation of homemademiddle and miniature power station boiler. The parameter self-optimizingfuzzy control system designed by this paper has been put into continuousautomatic running in industrial process .The integrated characters ofthe system has gone beyond the national standards and has achieved idealcontrol effect as well as economic efficiency. |
