With the development of modern power electronic technology, nonlinear loads' impact and imbalance make power quality worse and worse . Electric power parameters become very important index for people to grasp power supply line state in order to appraise electric quality. Measuring electric power parameters by digital signal processing technology has superiority in improving measurement precision and real -time. At the same time, digitization measurement makes the measurement system more intelligent and systematism.This paper puts emphasis on studying electric power parameters measurement model based on FFT and real -time measurement system. First electric power parameters, harmonic sources and modern measurement technology are analyzed, then the electric power parameters and harmonic measurement model based on FFT have been founded; In order to correct errors , the method of digital phase - locked synchronization is used to eliminate FFT leakage of frequency spectrum, with validating it through simulation; at last, a real-time measurement system is designed and implement. With TMS320VC5410 as the centre processor, the system include mutichannel data collecting, DSP data processing, FLASH data storage, keyboard display, CPLD peripherial interface. The system functions includes: (1)voltage and current synchronization collecting; (2)electric power parameters real-time measurement; (3)harmonic real-time measurement; (4)data is select by keyboard and displayed on LCD .The end, the paper appraise the system and look forward to Wavelets in electric power parameters measurement.
