Application Of Struts Framework Based On MVC In Power Customer Support System

Nowdays, J2EE, which is a platform for the enterprise layer's application, becomes the trend of markets. Struts that meets the J2EE criterion is a very popular Web framework based on MVC. In this paper, the background of current national power markets and requirements of the Communication Company of Shaanxi Power are introduced firstly. Then a customer support system is designed and implemented with Struts framework, considering the domestic market environment. By comparing several popular frameworks based on MVC, the superiority of Struts is shown. Then the paper discusses the construction of system view, model and controller by taking the exception check of normal checking subsystem for instance. As a result, a new idea that applies Hibernate to Struts framework is proposed. Finally, after the implementation of system, the test procedure and result are analyzed, and the prospect of Struts framework is discussed.
