| In this paper, the research mainly unifies the Shanghai Baoshan Steel Corporationl,420cold rolling product lines the 3200KW/80KHz induction heating power source which was introduce form Japanese Fuji company .In this paper the feedback control system of the power source was given. The control was worked in high frequency and high power situation. The model of the power system was made by SIMULINK of MATLAB. As well as some kinds of control ways was carried on the theory and simulation, though design experiment circuit, each kind of concrete question the phenomenon and its solution which appeared in the realization process was conducted the research and practice. The electromagnetism of the high frequency power system was also studied. A electromagnetism model of the system was made by ANSYS. The electromagnetism of the power system was calculated by ANS YS which was validated by the experiment circuit. Some rules of how to lay out drive signal wire was given.
