As the current situation of metal in heating, increasing numbers of inductionheating electrical source have replaced the traditional heater. By years of productionexperience, the traditional heater has not meet the needs of modern industrialdevelopment, because of the disadvertages exposed during the decades of production,such as polluation of the invironment, low utilization of energy, high cost of device.At present, it is an urgent need to seek high energy efficiency, simple andnon-polluting heating electrical source.“Induction heating†is to achieve the aim of heating by conversion ofelectromagnetic energy, and it has been widely used in various sectors of the industry,for it is with uniformity, high-efficiency, non-polluting, easy to control for heating.Intelligent medium frequency power supply source of induction heating,which isused to the heat treatment process of quenching and tempering chains this paperintroduced, has many advantages, for instance, friendly human-machine interface tooperate and display the system, perfect communication system, quick heating timeand high precision temperture as well as heating time of the chains, high automationdegree, safe and reliable induction heating source isolated by transformer, low rate ofenergy utilization, stable performance, simultaneously according with the promotingrequirements of modern industrial field of heating treatment production line to a bigstep.Aimed to apply “induction heatingâ€, and to heat treatment process equipment ofquenching and tempering chains, by using SIEMENS S7-200series PLC, the controlsystem of intelligent medium frequency power supply source of induction heating isdesigned, besides, the whole system is well developed, meeting all of requirements ofproduction, which is convenient operation, high degree of accuracy, low-cost, stablyrunning, apparently saving energy, etc. By the application in enterprise, it is provedthe reliability and practicability of the system.The process of developing induction heating control system is expounded in thispaper from the basic principle of induction heating, including the relative process ofheat treatment of quenching and tempering chains, the design of SIMATIC PLCcontrol heating system, free port communication of PLC. There are main contents asfollowing.(1) It has an introduction of elements on basic principle of induction heating aswell as the development and current development. (2) Tke brief introduction of PLC is Put forward, the medium frequency powersupply source of induction heating system is designed in this paper as well; at thesame time, two types of induction heating power source-parallel mode and serialmode are compared; the main circuit structureis analyze consequently.(3) According to the practice, a relative introduction of hardware and software onPLC is gave, PI control by serial dual-closed loop is designed, and PI algorithm——BP neural network algorithm is improved.(4) The heating system has been realized automation and intelligence throughHuman-machine Interface between PLC and touching screen by free portcommunication of PLC. |
