Electromagnetic Induction Heating Technology Research And Application

Aimed at the high re-mend rate, which because the technology of the electromagnetism induction calefaction is faulty, this paper studied thoroughly the design and application of the control system of the electromagnetism induction calefaction technology, and developed the new electromagnetism induction calefaction system. It getting rid of the faulty discomfiture condition of the electromagnetism induction calefaction technology for appliance calling, probing into a new thinking and practice mode for national electromagnetism induction equipment and other setting which use electromagnetism induction technology, and based on it, boosting up the electromagnetism induction technology apply in other appliance, such as electrical warmer, electric cooker, electrical watering trough and so on. At the same time, it enhanced competition ability in international market for national appliance calling, and realized the aim of the intellectualized family.Firstly, this paper studied thoroughly design theory and application of the electromagnetism induction calefaction. Secondly, based on the above theory, put forward the collectivity scheme. In the hardware design of the control system, firstly, this paper introduced important chips, secondly, it put forward the principle of choosing chip, thirdly, it designed the AD collection module, surge module, peripheral module of the Single Chip Computer, driver module and so on, and it gave the choice of the main parameters and particular link of the circuit. In the software design of the control system, this paper adopted the software design method of the "form up to down", which divide into many function modules from the function, then design every module detailed and thoroughly. At last, it gave the part subroutine.By academic accounting and experimental comparing, the results of the system fulfilled design requirement, and solved the limitations of the current electromagnetism induction system, such as more loss, unsteadiness of power, unsteadiness of temperature, and realized the new appliance control with great efficiency, great reliability, great accuracy and low loss.
