With the development of motor coach industry and microelectronic technique, the more and more functions are requested in the adjustment control system of air circumstance in motor coach by people. At present, although the known control systems can carry out the simple control such as the temperature in the passenger car, these still have appeared many drawbacks. For example, too much complexity in the operation of equipments, bad air circumstance inside the passenger car, the excess consumption of the energy and so on. Therefore, the development of adjustment control system of air circumstance in the coach is oriented to the full automation, less consumption of the energy and the artificial intelligence. This project is according to the trend, combines the facts in our country, and designs a new automatic adjustment control system of air circumstance in the motor coach.The thesis detailedly introduces the working principles, the ideal and methods in designing an automatic adjustment control system of air circumstance in the coach. The chip MSP430F149 is used as a core component in this new control system. The new system is based on the adaptive fuzzy control which is derived from the ordinary fuzzy control, and makes use of the adjusting factors which improves the rule of the fuzzy control, thereby it can provide better control of the temperature variety. Through the design of the circuit of the hardware and the process of the software, the control system outputs control signals which drive the different executing units to perform the relevant motion after the system has disposed and calculated the inputting signals and feedback signals. Then the control of the air circumstance in coach can be realized and the comfortable demand of people is fully satisfied. At the same time, according to the working environment of the system, the anti-jamming and reliability unit are designed in the new system. Moreover, the system has the function of refrigeration, warming, humidifying, defrosting and controlling the air quantity inside the passenger car, and also has the function of automatic control and manual control simultaneously.Through the systemic simulation and tests in the laboratory, the experiments not only show the feasibility of the whole design of the system and the better control result of the adaptive fuzzy control than that of traditional one, but also realize the anticipant targets. Compared withthe traditional control system, this system is smaller in the construction, less consumption of the energy and more intelligent.
