| There are many shortages in evaluation of urban distribution system planning result at present. The evaluation always depends on the knowledge and experience of experts who participate in work. In this paper, the technical and economical indices for urban distribution system planning are studied systematically. Much analysis and exploration is made for the data of distribution system planning. Lots of study is made in pretreating original data and indices, analyzing indices rationality, exploring the mutuality among the various indices by applying the statistics and fuzzy theory. What is more, two new indices is presented to the question, disperse coefficient of substation load factor, reformative index of capacity-load ratio. The theoretic and practical foundation is laid for establishing the scientific, rational and objective evaluation system.
