Research On Urban Distribution Automation Planning

In recent years,the economic development of our country has been changing with each passing day.The nineteen major economic system reform is also in full swing.With the rapid development of the economy,the demand for electricity in China is also increasing,and the quality of electricity is also raised higher standards,with the acceleration of the process of urbanization.In order to provide power support,the scale of distribution network in China is also expanding,which leads to more and more difficulties in the operation planning of distribution network.The traditional means of distribution network management have not met the requirements,and the construction of intelligent distribution network is imminent.As an important means to realize the development strategy of the national intelligent distribution network,distribution automation plays an important role in improving the power supply reliability and operation management efficiency of the distribution network.In order to ensure the practicability,sustainability and economy of the construction of distribution automation in a city power supply bureau,the management level,technical level,operation and maintenance level and service level of the power distribution network of power supply bureau are effectively and comprehensively improved.In this paper,based on the experience of the pilot construction of distribution automation in other areas,based on the characteristics of a city distribution network and according to the technical specifications,the distribution automation which conforms to the actual situation of the distribution network of the a city power supply bureau is formulated.On the basis of a large number of information related to the automation of distribution network,this paper analyzes the current research status of distribution automation technology at home and abroad,and summarizes the main problems of distribution automation technology in China.The principles of distribution automation configuration are formulated,including the general requirements of China Southern Power Grid and the specific implementation requirements of Guangxi power grid.The current situation of regional distribution network is analyzed from the two aspects of city’s regional introduction and distribution network.The regional introduction mainly introduces the geographical location and administrative region of the region.The status of distribution network analyses the status of the primary distribution system,the status of automation and the analysis of the needs of the distribution network in three aspects,distribution automation planning objectives,planning principles and distribution network automation construction technical scheme can guide the implementation of the construction of distribution automation.In the end,the planning scheme is evaluated from two aspects of power supply reliability and economy.The benefits of distribution automation are expounded from three aspects of management benefit analysis,economic benefit analysis and social benefit,and the distribution automation planning of city is summarized and the operation and use of distribution automation in the future is put forward.
