Utility Research On Dispatch Synthesis Management Information System

The demands of power industry informationliztions are as follows: usingmodernized computer management to develop and utilize the information resources ofthe enterprises, set up the management information system, change the traditionalmanagement mode, and improve the management level. According to this situation,research and develop the management information system for power supply productionhas great practical importance。 Based on the experience of years being engaged in the grid productionmanagement, combined with dispatch business operation flow, the author of the thesisproposed a feasible functional demand at first; then expounded the management analysisresults of dispatching on duty hands over, overhaul application, electric operation etc,and designed the Yuncheng dispatch synthesis management information system whichincluding three subsystems. Then chiefly took the district dispatch business managementsubsystem as the example, discussed the design idea of the selected title and the software,hardware structure and the network layout, concisely explained the functions of thesystem, enumerated some part of the datasheet structure and the realization methodof the modules. Finally, the thesis discussed the system safety strategy and enacted thesafety insurance method. At the end of the thesis, the author used part of the designedmodule system and realized the transplant on the network. The Yuncheng electric power dispatch synthesis management system (YCDSMIS)which based on the design of this thesis has got satisfactory result.
