In recent years,with the continuous development and progress of information technology,it has had a huge impact on people’s daily work and life,and has become an irreplaceable factor in our work and life.With the increasing number of applications of these new technologies,the information industry revolution is sweeping the world,and almost all industries,including the power industry,are beginning to focus on the construction and innovation of information systems.From the perspective of national strategic management,the government’s initiative to build a"modern supply chain" has become my country’s new economic development direction.The Party Central Committee and the State Council further clarified the work requirements of "establishing a supply chain system supported by big data,network sharing and intelligent collaboration." my country’s electric power enterprises have carried out large-scale enterprise supply chain information construction work to varying degrees.Large-scale power companies can organically integrate their advanced information systems with supply chains,build advanced supply chain systems,break through the original framework,and create new supply chain management models.This article takes the theory of supply chain and the application of information system in a power company as an entry point,and analyzes and studies the application of information system in a power company’s supply chain.Using the concepts and theories of information system and supply chain management,a detailed analysis and research on the application of an electric power enterprise’s information system in its supply chain was carried out.Found that its supply chain has certain deficiencies and defects in procurement management,supplier management,logistics and warehousing management.Finally,in the optimization of the enterprise information system,it is proposed to start with the supply chain management,clarify the work standards and procedures of each link,and propose an optimization plan for the enterprise supply chain information system.According to the current situation of a certain electric power company that does not pay attention to purchasing demand management,it puts forward suggestions to improve the awareness of demand management;for the lack of supplier management system,optimizes the supplier management process;lacks management of logistics and warehousing information,and proposes logistics warehousing Information construction program.The optimization plan measures are qualitatively and quantitatively,based on the actual situation of the enterprise,and perfect rectification suggestions are put forward.Only in this way,the advantages of information-based supply chain management will become more and more obvious.This article hopes that through the research on the supply chain information system,it is hoped that it can be used as a reference for the management and application of the supply chain of electric power enterprises,and it can also be used as a reference for other electric power enterprises.
