This paper reseached and discussed the growth of GIS and CRM, especially inthe application to power system. As the important tools to improve the corporation'scompetitiveness, CRM have been payed attention to by the power corporations. Theanalyzing and showing technology of GIS is taking the importance roles in CRM. Based on the East-Tibet Power CRM system, this paper analyzed power network,map, sale data, market data of the East-Tibet Power, and key technology and difficultyon development CRM with GIS, improved the analyzing and showing ability of CRM,introduced and discussed the method, code and face of function modules detailedly. Atlast, the paper summarized, and gived the further tentative ideas.
