| With the development of economy, science, technology, and the improvement of the people's lives, the requirement of health living is becoming more and more important. Most of everyone's life is spent in houses. The IAQ (indoor air quality) condition has a direct influence on the health of human beings. One of the main measures of improving IAQ is to control contamination sources strictly. Indoor air cleaner is a kind of air filter which has the similar theory with industrial electrical dedusting. As a kind of high efficiency air cleaner, compared to mechanical air filter, the electronic air cleaner is characterized by low running pressure drop, less operation cost and higher filtration efficiency to fine particles. In addition, the unit of purifying electric field can be applied to various parts of air conditioning system. So it has a important meaning and a great prospect to research the performance of indoor electronic air cleaner and develop a new kind of electronic air cleaner.Based on previous electrostatic precipitator theories and different electric field structures in market, the paper discusses the design method and procedure. It also researches the performance and differences of various air cleaners, which have various structures. Experimental platform was set up. Through a lot of experiments, many parameters and valuable results about honeycomb electric field are obtained, such optimum voltage, optimum air speed and so on. The effect of eliminating bacteria is also tested. The result shows that the electric field has a high efficiency of eliminating bacteria. According the related theory, associating with reality, a new kind of electrostatic air duct cleaner is developed and applied for a patent.A individual room with a air cleaner placed in is studied. The paper analyses the variation pattern of particle concentration when air cleaner is placed in a individual room and keeps running. It also discusses how the primary particle concentration, fresh air volume and others parameters influences the indoor particle concentration. Evaluation standards of air cleaner are discussed and our own opinions are also posed. The paper discusses the development of electrostatic precipitator, has built the model of turbulent dispersion by analyzing electric field, flow field, and force field in air cleaner, which is constructed on the basses previous research achievements. The irrational boundary conditions in the former theory are deleted. A new one is built up.The ozone generated in electric field of air cleaner is harmful to people's health. Exposed to ozone environment for a long time, people's health will be damaged seriously. So controlling the ozone concentration to a rational level has important meaning for the popularization of indoor air cleaner. In this paper, with the imported ozone detection machine, we has analyzed the generation laws in electronic air cleaner and how the other parameters influence the ozone generation, how to control the ozone concentration, etc. |
