| In the recent years, environment pollution and resource exhausting is becoming more and more serious. The research and development in automotive industry start to focus on seeking new energy resource. Fuel cell stack has a lot of strong points such as high efficient and low emission, and Fuel cell electric engine has good features such as comfort, clean and no vibration. Therefore, developing Fuel cell power plant on vehicle turns into the hotspot on new energy resource research. This thesis illustration the design of PEMFCE(Proton Exchange Membranes Fuel Cell Engine) system.PEMFCE test system is required to supply ideal humidity, flow rate and pressure of the reactant gas and a set of instruments that is similar to Fuel Cell Vehicle system to consume the power. Because any factor above could influence the power output .The compositions of the system, the basic theories of the system, the ways of operating and the objectives that are going to be realized are illuminated on the two aspects of the hardware system and the software system. The operation of the humidifying system bases on the theory that the humidity in gas always changes with Dew Point temperature. In this method, the humidity in reactant gas could be controlled precisely. The PEMFCE ideal operation temperature could be obtained by the auxiliary heat management system.Especially, the illumination focuses on the energy management and the control of the system. The testing system has a special energy management with DC/DC, electromotor and dynamic testing bench. The control network can collect the data and communicate with PEMFCE, DC/DC and electromotor controller at real time.The software design bases on the hardware condition and target in PEMFCE test system. With the Chinese software development tools, the software provides the necessary functions and convenient operation interface for test process control. Furthermore, PID control, a popular way of control is disused, and how to apply in test system is researched in this thesis.Meanwhile, the process of the system operating and the methods of testing have been expatiated on primarily. A kind of test scheme is shown in this thesis on Fuel Cell stack test and PEMFCE power plant test. |
