The Design Of Teaching System For CCS Based On MCU And Kingview

In this paper, based on MCU and KTNGVIEW, a teaching system is designed to achieve the core competencies of effective training and large-scale teaching on Electronic Control System.Following the wide use of Electronic Control Technology in car, auto maintenance needs higher technology level, which also brings the difficulties in the maintenance and school learning. In the present, due to some factors such as limited teaching resources, it is difficult to expand teaching scale of Electronic Control System in vocation high school, and the manufacturers generally do not consider the practical effect of teaching in the meanwhile, the teaching results usually are not satisfactory now. In order to solve those problems, the design of the teaching system for CCS is put up, which includes master device, speed-signal analog system and graphic software training system. And the master device and graphic software training system can be generally used at the same time.With the ATmega8 as CPU, and the modules forming the master-slave structure, the master device enjoys data collection and communication functions, achieved by communicating between modules and PC through the MODBUS. The Graphical software training system is developed under KINGVIEW 6.52. It can truly report the working status of CCS and set diagnosis, thus solving the faults of CCS through the software. As for the speed-signal analog system, it will provide signals for CCS by software and hardware together.The design can enlarge scale in teaching, making development of the experiment equipment from the experiment plant to the NI-Network Instruction. Since limited conditions and researching time, there still are some imperfections, for example, the application in car, and the electronic control system for non-destructive testing in car and other issues for further research.
