Seeing the demand of the capital construction of railway especially the high-speed railway and passenger traffic special line of our country construct, we adopt the new technology and new craft, in order to improve the integral level of constructing of the railway. The whole hole case roof beam of the railway arises at the historic moment. It becomes the problem in need of solution that how to erect and transport the large tonnage case roof beam Bridge equipment is designed according to the demand of the structure of the bridge. Because the prefabricate size of roof beam and the tonnage in the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway is increasing, the equipment of bridging in the past in our country can't already meet the engineering construction of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway's needs. So we need to combine the project characteristic of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway urgently to develop the high tonnage bridging machine suitable for the project of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway. The electrical control system of the 900 ton case roof beam bridging machine in this paper is designed to solve this problem.At first in this text according to two kinds of control structure -Distributed Control System (DCS) and wireless LAN system and combining the electric control request of the bridging machine, we have set up the mixing type system.Then the paper introduced the technology that has been used in the electrical control system. Among them it has explained the characteristic of Siemens Company's PLC S7-300, the application technology of the frequency converter mainly, technology of the wireless LAN and technology of the industrial Ethernet.According to the electrical control demand of the bridging machine, the electrical part of the bridging machine is made of six subsystems such as three post systems, two jack-up cars systems and transport roof car system .All operation go on in unison through the screen and remote controller, the main screen will show the working state of the systematic key data and every part of the electric system real-timely in step. Still offer the friendly man-machine interface to user at the same time .Each subsystem is a work station, systems of each work station are controlledby PLC. Every subsystem communicate through the wireless LAN and 10M industrial Ethernet and set up a mixing type system.According to study on the key technology such as transmission means, topological structure and network standard in the wireless communication system, it has set up the systematic model of wireless communication be suit of the bridging machine and explained the implementation method of this model.According to the study on the key technology of the industrial Ethernet in the systematic design, it adopted all duplexing exchanging type Ethernet technology of solving the real-time character and the determinacy problem in communication. Using the exchanging type concentrator has expanded the bandwidth of the network, the real-time character is got the assurance.The Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway is a national key project. Because the project amount is great, time limit for a project is tense, it will form many bid section, many unit, many construction pattern that Engineer order when it is begin to built. The demand for the equipment of setting a roof beam in place is relatively great. If the design of large tonnage bridging machine is finished, it will support the construction of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway.
