In all kinds of industry and control fields, there are hundreds and thousands of signal cable, which transfer signal. These cable are below the earth usually, and are liable to collision of the around matter and the cauterization of injurant, their insulator is damaged and the insulation intensity descend. Ensuring the cable-to-earth insulating capability all right is an important element related to the transfers reliably of signal and run safely of industrial estate. So, it is essential to measure the insulation parameter of cable, in order to hold the exact field data and do well the creepage protection of electricity network.The distributed cable insulated testing instrument being introduced in this dissertation is a system centralized in micro-computing unit, adopting CAN Bus to make main LAN and, applying synthetically the technologies of in-system programming, u C/OS-II operating system, and Wheatstone bridge test method. It had been validated in the computer interlocking system of the railway signal, and achieved preferable effect.The first chapter of this paper gives a brief introduction of research and application actuality about the related technology of the distributed cable insulated testing system, puts forward it's new construct, discusses the foreground and important meaning about the technology being used in the engineering domain. The second chapter analysis and compare the principles and characteristics about kinds of common testing method, choices and make a particular study about the concrete method of resistance sampling network based on Whist electricity bridge. This chapter also puts forward ten conclusions about parameter setting, measurement choice, precision analyse, differentiate ratio, the infection of yawp interfere and so on, by resoning and account. The third chapter introduces the design method of the distributed system framework. The fourth chapter introduces the design of aptitude node.The fifth chapter introduces the design of the system software, which includes the host computer software and hypotaxis computer software, and makes a brief introduction about the exploitation method, characteristics and advantages of the u C/OS-II operating system. The sixth chapter summarizes the dissertation, and puts forward the reformative job latter.
