Railway crossing signal plays an important role in railway transportation,crossing signal control equipment is one of the important equipment in railway control system.In order to ensure the safe,reliable,efficient and stable traffic on the railway side and highway side of the crossing,needing crossing control equipment to work efficiently and reliably under the premise of ensuring safety warning,accurately and punctually transmit crossing signals to all personnel and vehicles.At present,the DX3 crossing signal equipment widely used in China,it adopts the combination structure design of mechanical control and relay,due to old equipment design,high failure rate,high maintenance cost and low work efficiency.With the coming of 5g and Internet of things era,the use of intelligent devices is more extensive,The intelligent early warning embedded control system designed in this project can not only solve the problems existing in the current crossing signal system,but also the attempt and exploration of the hardware intelligence of railway control equipment,It has certain positive influence and significance on railway information construction.The main goal of this project is to design a kind of embedded control system intelligent hardware equipment to manage the crossing signal and warn the pedestrians and vehicles in time,the control core of this design adopts ARM hardware platform and embedded Linux software platform,combining the signal acquisition component camera and radar to complete the safety warning of crossing signal.This paper mainly completes the following work:(1)Based on the field survey of railway crossing,the working principle of current crossing signal equipment DX3 is analyzed,and the overall scheme of the design system is determined.(2)Around the core ARM hardware platform of the control system,the peripheral interface function circuit of the system is designed,Including power circuit module,serial port debugging circuit module,ethernet communication circuit module,LCD display circuit module,TF card memory circuit module,minipcie circuit module,RS232 communication circuit module,RS485 communication circuit module,etc.(3)Around the embedded Linux system of the software platform of the control system,the boot program uboot is cut and compiled,the Linux kernel is cut and configured,the root file system is transplanted to the core control system,and the driver of each interface is modified and debugged.(4)According to the warning function of crossing safety,the display thread of IP video stream,the thread of radar information communication,the thread of executing component action and the thread of watchdog are realized by using embedded Linux multithread programming,and the basic functions of crossing control equipment are basically realized.The full text includes 45 figures,5 tables and 41 references.
