Following the enhancement of the socialization, the high intensity bolts are used a great lot in high-rise steel structure buildings for its excellence: simple construction, good strength capacity, easy quality control and so on. The semi-rigid connections, which is formed by high strength bolts and connecting components, for example angle, end-plate and T-shape steel. The semi-rigid connections mainly utilize the high strength bolts' friction engendered by the high pre-tension, the good integer capacity, very little transmutation and some else good capacities like these. The semi-rigid connections have advantages such as flexible shape choice, very little workload on-site, dependable design and the economy. We discover through research that these joints connected by high strength bolts have obvious nonlinearity which intervene the rigid joints and the hinge joints. With the result that it has great practical meaning. Therefore ,the paper is dedicated to study a new type joint------top and seat anglewith double web angles semi-rigid connection, which has good resistance to vibration on the base of large quantity of alien data. Based on the prophase experiments and mature considering of the main parameter which can influence the dynamic capacity of the joints, we imitate the experiments in which these joints act under the quasi-static load. We chose some bigger section of girders and beams in order to make the imitation be more close to the engineering practice. Through the experiment data's analysis, we research the failure mechanism under the bend moment , clarify the load mechanism and the influent factor , draw the joints' hysteresis curve , study the joints' hysteresis behavior and dissipation capacity and define the hysteresis model and the model's parameter. I also hope this paper can lay the foundations of the later research of the semi-rigid joints system.
