Nowdays the society takes protecting the environment as the continous development goal, but natural sand, as the usual material for construction, is a kind of non - renewable resource. It has been excessively exploited all the time and destroyed the environment greatly. On the other hand, machine - made sand, the offal of the stone field in building construction, also pollutes the environment and the air. Fly-ash and Slag-Calcium-added - by products of power plants, have a high release and can not be used fully every year in our country. They not only occupy a great deal of soil, but also severity pollute the environment. Taking the principle of protecting the environment and changing the offal into useful things, the paper discusses and study the feasibility of fly ash substituting mine powder, machine-made sand and slag-calcium-added substituting natural sand on asphalt mixture.In order to widen fly ash use ways and lowering cost, asphalt mixture preparation with fly ash instead of stone powder is studied. On the basis of analyzing physical and chemic character of fly ash, machine-made sand and slag-calcium-added, considering the substitute of fine aggregate and filling, this paper has systematically analyzed the feasibility of fly ash substituting mine powder, machine-made sand and slag-calcium-added substituting natural sand on asphalt mixture by eight scheme of gradation , by means of indoor test, optimum design and test road study, two gradation for test road study is achieved. Rutting test is used to check high-temperature stability, low-temperature crawl test to check anti-cracking. The good result is obtained for engineering application .The property of asphalt concrete mixed with fly ash is better than ordinary asphalt concrete, which can meet the requirements of current asphalt concrete standard. The study of Application Research of fly-ash ,Machine-made sand, slag-calcium-added on Asphalt Mixture is benefit not only to societal economic growth, but also to protection of environment.
