Research On The Technological And Economic Analysis Of Building Lighting

At present, the building lighting has already become a very important part in environment design and construction of the building. It is not only an artificial lamp-house, but also an important measure of improving people's life and working environment. Unfortunately, there are many problems in the design procession of the building lighting. Firstly, because of the lack of technical and economic analysis system basing on the whole life cycle of the lighting engineering, it is difficult to assess the lighting effects totally. Secondly, there is not a globle view on both of the economic and technology aspect when design, which depresses the design efficiency and normal functioning of lighting engineering, and cause the waste of the resource and energy. Thirdly, paying attention only to making the investment in initial stage sparingly, but paying no attention to back-end operation and maintenance expenses incompletely, baffles the popularization and application of the green lighting products of the energy-efficient, whilst increases back-end operation, maintenance expenses and work load, wastes the resource and energy from the point of sustanable development, and is disadvantageous to environment protection.This work offers a technological and economic analysis tool software based on the whole life cycle to building lighting design, which help the designer conveniently assess the technology rationality and economy of the scheme while carrying on design, thus guarantee the feasibility and rationality of technology and economy of the final solution. This study includes setting up the technological and economic analysis system of the architecture lighting and the view lighting, working out the software of analysis system and measuring on the case.With the lighting engineering scale expand constantly and the power shortage in our country, the appearance of technological and economic analysis software in the lighting designing has positive social and economic benefits. Firstly, technological and economic analysis software can help designer put forward better lighting design plan include technological rationality and economy feasibility; Secondly, it can improve the enforceability of the lighting design plan and design efficiency, avoid the waste of the manpower and materials; Thirdly, it is favorable to the popularization and application of the green lighting products, promote the development of Green Lighting Project, not only can economize the resource and energy but also favorable to the sustainable development of social economy.
