In order to satisfy the needs of teaching, scientific research, and communication, grand, stable, harmonious and colorful nocturne lighting environment should be build in the campus.The nocturne lighting in university campus is a new problem in urban nocturne lighting, which has got more attentions in the world recently. All of the researches about it, especially the research from the viewpoint of environmental art design, are just on the corner.
