With the development of social economy,the popularity use of smart mobile phone,and the progress of IoT and mobile Internet technology,household kitchen appliances become more smart.With the pace of rush life,more and more people have no enough time to cook in kitchen.Therefore,automated cooking appliances will become great attractions to ordinary people.In contrast with traditional kitchen appliances with single function and purpose,appliances with integrated functions will have better market prospects.In this paper,the electrical circuit of a new type of smart cooking appliance is designed and developed.The main research work focuses on the following:1.A kind of smart cooking appliance is designed,which integrates steam generator module,microwave oven module and cooling module.Thus,the appliance features multiple functions.2.The hardware of the electrical control system is realized,which includes photoelectric detection circuit,power supply circuit,microprocessor circuit,interactive circuit,remote control circuit and so on.3.The software of the electrical control system is developed,which includes touch-key check module,LCD display module,steam generating module,microwave generating module,and cooling control module.The protocol governing the data communication between appliances and server is proposed.4.The individual modules test and whole system test are carried on,the results of which demonstrate the successful design of the smart cooking appliance.
