| In this paper, the amylose measuring device was developed as a pint-sized and economical product, mainly aiming at the huge volume and expensive shortcomings of present amylose. This apparatus adopted the MCS-51 singlechip as the CPU, and the whole system was composed of the determined equipment, the basic system of the singlechip, photocurrent signal amplifier, AID switch, timer, LCD screen, expanded keyboard, expanded printer and RS232 serial communication.The improvement of the determined equipment was including: (1) adoption of the 635nm laser lamp-house whose homochromatism is good; (2) continual feeding device used the auto-feeding device based on the gravity potential energy theory; (3) absorbing pool is the 126μL micro- absorbing pool; (4) signal sensor used silicon electric eye; (5) the photocurrent signal was amplified by single route. The software was written by C51 language, and the PC software of the communication was written by VC++6.0.This pint-sized amylose measuring device has the good function of the person-machine dialoguing, and it can be controlled by the keyboard for the measuring amylose content. The LCD screen can show the computation results and give the information on the next step operation, and the measuring results can be printed and saved in the PC machine as the TXT document. Besides, the flow velocity of the liquid can be adjusted by the auto-feeding device and it can be achieved the liquid auto-feeding and continually data collection.The measure precision of this system meets the national standard, and the keyboard is simply and easy to operate. Therefore, the realization of the small volume and inexpensive advantage has important guiding signification. |
