With the continuous optimization of fishery farming structure,more and more aquaculture farmers are upgrading the manual feeding to the mechanical feeding.However,the feeding machines on the market are mostly land-based,which means these feeding devices are throwing food at fix point and using a cable to connect the power on the shore.Land-based feeding can only play the role in the limited area,so people have to buy multiple feeding machines to meet the needs of the entire pond which will greatly increase the cost of farming.This paper proposes a mobile solar-energy feeding boat.It is labor-saving,which means one single boat can satisfy the needs of fish swarm among the large water body.The advantages of this boat are green energy(solar energy)and uniform dispersion of baits.Using this method will not pollute the water while improve the utilization efficiency of feed.Meanwhile,in can maintain a healthy ecosystem of fish ponds and increase the annual output of fish to enhance efficiency for aquaculture farmers.The research contents of autonomous solar-energy feeding boat in this paper are as follows:(1)The parts design of hardware for feeding boat: According to the required size of fish feeding,reasonable depth of feeding boat,the relationship between buoyancy and gravity of the ship by feeding and each day's work time of feeding boat,ship propeller type feeding power components,feeding buoy size,feeding machine size,material and size of each parts feeding boat are calculated and selected,including feeding boat material box size,the composition of the feeding device and the solar panel model.Through the calculation and design,draw the three-dimensional model by using Solidworks and 3D interference inspection is carried out,the interference check results of feeding boat model is last modified.(2)The choice of software for the feeding boat: The selection and planning of the course of the feeding boat and the composition of the software system are mainly include by the GPS navigation module,two infrared distance sensor modules,local-area network protocol equipment,two DC motor drive boards and stepper motor drive board,etc.Through the design of software and hardware,the feeding boat is designed and the feeding efficiency is tested on the physical prototype.(3)Experimental results of the feeding boat: Including the movement modeling of the feeding boat,the demonstration and simulation of the land feeding effect,the demonstration and simulation of the navigation and feeding effect under real environment.The feeding boat can realize the actual navigation to reach the location of fish gathering points and feed at these points,while not feeds at non-fish gathering place.The boat can also achieve the shortest path during multi-task point feeding,minimizing the consumption of work energy and reducing the invalid energy loss in the non-working conditions.At the same time the feeding boat can also be in accordance with the track feeding and realize the special treatment feeding at point region segmentation or at line region segmentation.The feeding boat can also achieve the regional non-random traversal with full coverage of automatic feeding.Full coverage can not only cope with the needs of ordinary fish pond but also can be used in shrimps or crabs,so it can meet most of the market demands for farmers.In this paper,the autonomous solar-energy feeding boat has been carried on the feeding experiment in different size of pond and has achieved the desired results.The development cost of feeding boat is relatively low,and the utilization rate of bait is high,which is of great significance to realize the standardization and efficiency of aquaculture in China.
