Study On The Urban Overall Planning Of Middle Or Small-scale Cities In Region Of Sensitive Ecosystem In Northwest China

The northwest of China is an undeveloped region. The ecosystem and environment of cities there are also sensitive. In the background of West Development, the environment bottle-neck is becoming the cumber of cities' progress, and even more than that, the root of laggard economy and poverty of society. How to maintain the ecosystem balance of these cities in the northwest region and develop the cities' economy are the challenges before our works of urban planning, and also, the point of study in this disquisition.Guided by the theories of Regional Planning and Ecoplanning, and based on the capacity of environment of nature supporting the cities, this dissertation could achieve its purpose of leading the working ways of urban planning in the middle or small-scale cities in northwest region of China in direct of sustainable development. The structure of this article including two parts, one is the research in northwest region, frangibility and the analysis on means of urban planning in ecocity, through which, we try to find fine measures in theory to planning the cities in the west region of bad environment and divided them into three sides-the means of region arrangement, the means of making certain the pattern of city layout, and the urban ecological supporting system.The second part is an example linked with the urban overall planning of Zhongwei. On the base of overall investigation and thorough analysis in the ecology and development of Zhongwei, the disquisition want to find the main restrict factors and their reaction affecting the urban overall planning of Zhongwei, and further more, links that with the measures of the urban overall planning of Zhongwei. By these methods of analyzing in contrast, we can comprehend the contents this article explored further and certain of feasibility of measures in theory.
