Speed adjustment system, used extensively in assembled machine tools, is an indispensable part in hydraulic pressure system. The quality of its static and dynamic characters greatly influences the working performance of the system. With flying development of hydraulic pressure technology, the integrated performance requirement of hydraulic pressure system also changes with each passing day. Nowadays, in domestic major books and relevant literatures, the research is numbered on hydraulic pressure system associated volume throttling with speed adjustment. Through surveying and consulting literatures, the author found out that in existing references these is lacking research on hydraulic pressure system associated volume throttling with speed adjustment.So based on the practice, in this subject the static and dynamic characters of hydraulic pressure system associated volume throttling with speed adjustment have been researched in detail; for the sake of seeking the optimization parameters to improve the work performance, the whole system is also digitally simulated.By analyzing and researching hydraulic pressure system associated volumethrottling with speed adjustment made up of limit variable pump and speed control valve, the author analyzes the components of the system in detail.; buildups the mathematic models of system units and static and dynamic system via Power Bond Graphs and simulates them in MATLAB software, after choosing the reasonable models based on system operating mode requirements and units' functions in it; discusses the effects on systemic parameters to its performance and analyzes the stability, celerity and sensitivity of dynamic response.Besides the parameters influenced system performance and mentioned above,through research , hydraulic oil temperature greatly impacts on the performance of the hydraulic pressure system, It will make it failure if the hydraulic oil temperature is too low or too high. Considering from usage and maintenance, we should take relevant measures to prevent the oil temperature from hyperthermal, which guides us correctly design and uses the speed control system.
