Throttle governing circuits is the important part of Hydraulic cylinder and used extensively in corporation machine tool. The system uses throttle valve or speed valve in speed control. We often analyze its static and dynamic character for comprehending performance. But now there are few of material about it. Moreover, it uses traditional function for establishing mathematical model. It is not only complex but also not the effect result. So this paper uses new method for studying the system performance, digital simulation and looking for the parameters to its performance. It is beneficial for strengthening basic theory and improving practical applying level.Three types of throttle governing circuits used speed control are analyzed: the entrance throttle governing circuit , the out throttle governing circuit and the bypass throttle governing circuit. After detailed analyzing elements of the system and reasonably selecting its model based on working need and element function, the static and dynamic mathematical models are established by means of power bond graphs, and digital simulation is done using the MATLAB software, and the effects on systemic parameters to its performance are discussed, the stability, celerity and sensibility of systemic dynamic response are also analyzed.Besides the parameters are mentioned above, through research, factors in the fluid contamination affect the Hydraulic cylinder performance importantly. The pollution of fluid is the main cause ofbreakdown of the system. So we must comprehend the difference of the effect caused of the different pollution. Then we can use it for guiding designing the bearing weight and carrying out pollution control measure. It can beneficial for designing and using throttle governing circuits correctly.
