The online monitoring and controlling play very important roles on the contact fatigue and surface tribology performances of the nanometer structure coating superhard materials evaluation method and evaluation theory. On the basis of the computer assisted technology and online monitoring and controlling theory, and a series of tests with the thrust-ball beatings of superhard coating materials, the author designed and realized the online monitoring and controlling system of fatigue behaviors of superhard coating material components. Firstly, this thesis analyzed the performances and characteristics of the superhard coating materials components. The author determined the main monitoring parameters (temperature, friction torque, vibration and rotational speed). Secondly, based on the research works of the predecessors, the author designed the online monitoring and controlling system, realized the online monitoring and controlling system, developed hardware module of signal amplifier, and A/D conversion and data transmission. It improved real-time performance of the monitoring and controlling system perfectly. Thirdly, under the windows98 system and Picoscope software circumstance, the thesis realized multichannel data acquisition, real-time process and analysis of the system. It provided friendly and visual interface, which is helpful to experiments. It uses Picoscope data conversion module to realize the data exchange between the measurement signals. Finally, this thesis introduced the auxiliary work of the checking online system, finished installation and calibration of the sensor. Then, the checking system is validated to run correctly and steadily through experiment debugging. The studies of the thesis will improve availably test technology and method of the evaluation theory of the fatigue behaviors and tribology performances of superhard coating components. It plays very important roles on the development and application of nanometer material science and nanometer superhard material coating technology.
