Hydraulic accumulator is one important accessory in hydraulic system.Its responsivity have a bearing upon hydraulic system's capability. Accumulator's integrated mathematical model and its veracious preferences formula are two main contents of accumulator's basic theory.We summarized the types , functions of hydraulic accumulator and the research actuality in both here and abroad for the moment in the paper.Studying the accumulator's mathematical model, we divide the accumulator noumenon into triplex cents,including gas champer, liquid champer and connecting line.Refered the mathematical model of valve-controlled cylinder, accumulator's mathematical model without regard to its connecting line is generated in this paper. Then combined pipe-line theory, the accumulator's integrated mathematical model with incurvate and strange diameter series connection pipeline is built.The formula for accumulator's preferences is mainly studied in this paper. Studying the relation between the model parameter of accumulator model and structrual parameter and working paramenter, we excogitate the radical formula for accumulator's preferences. By utilizing Matlab software accumulator preferences procedure is established and method of selecting the best accumulator inflation pressure is presented.The simulation analyses for accumulator mathematical model is finished in paper also. Firstly, accumulator simulation model for assimilating hydraulic impulsion and eliminating pulsatory is established in Matlab/simulink software. Secondly step-function signal simulating to the pressure shocking wave in physical system and sine signal simulating to the pulsating pressure are inputed into simulation model.
