Electro-hydraulic proportional valve controlled cylinder position controlled system has been widely used in the engineering field for its economic, energy-saving, easy to maintain,Strong anti-pollution, to adapt to the high-power control and have some control accuracy.Therefore, it is very realistic for the design, development and application of the electro-hydraulic proportional system to study the dynamic characteristics of the system,and thus achieve the purpose of improving accuracy, stability, rapidity of the system. In this paper, combined with the project "electro-hydraulic proportional experiment station research and development", based on the electro-hydraulic proportional experiment platform, the position control system of electro-hydraulic proportional valve controlled cylinder as the research object, using AMESim simulation software simulate and analysis the hydraulic system,and optimize the hydraulic control system combined with the genetic algorithm.In this paper, the major research work:(1) Analysis the working principle of components which come from the position control system of electro-hydraulic proportional valve controlled cylinder,then establish the mathematical model of the various components of the system, finally get the transfer function of the entire system.Use knowledge of cybernetics analyzes parameters which may affect system dynamics,and this will provide theoretical basis for the further optimization.(2) Study the simulation technology on the position control system of electro-hydraulic proportional valve controlled cylinder based on AMESim,then simulate and analysis the dynamic performance of the system, and finally compare to the physical experimental results. The result prove that the computer simulation technology can make correct predict for real-world system, and then make analysis for error factors.(3) Optimize the control system PID parameters to improve the accuracy,stability and rapidity of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve controlled cylinder position controlled system by applicating AMESim simulation software combine with the genetic algorithm.Practice proves:computer simulation technology can provide viable ideas, methods for the design and study of the hydraulic system.
